BEFORE YOU RETURN YOUR ITEM, READ BELOW

Since our items generally drop-ship to our customers from the manufacturers, the returns usually need to go directly back to them. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you fill out the form below before you return your item to ANY address, so we can handle your return in ihe most effecient manor possible.


We will do everything in our power to ensure that your experience ordering from the NVZ.com is a pleasant one. We will check to ensure that we send you the products you ordered and that you receive them promptly, undamaged and without defects. However, we know that things don't always go as planned, and want you to know that, in the unlikely event that something does go wrong with your order, we will take immediate steps to make it right.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage caused by shipping, your order was filled or shipped incorrectly, or you ordered incorrectly, you (the original purchaser) must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Notification by someone other than the original purchaser will not be accepted.

An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) must be obtained before any product can be returned. Absolutely no product will be accepted for return without this RGA. Use the form below.

The following conditions also apply:

1. Requests to return products must be received within 30 days of receipt of the purchase with the following exceptions.

2. You must return the products within 15 days of receipt of RGA.

3.You must return it in its original, undamaged packaging in unused, re-saleable condition.

4. The product is not a special order. (No returns on special orders) We will notify you if your order constitutes a special order.

5. No returns will be accepted for orders of $30.00 or less, net of shipping.

If we goofed and sent you the wrong product or if you received a damaged or defective product, we will ship out a replacement product, arrange to have the damaged, defective or wrong product picked up, and we will pay the shipping costs. We reserve the right to refund your order in whole or in part rather than process a replacement order.

If you are returning the product for any other reason, however, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs and for a restocking fee of a minimum 35%.

Again, we will take the necessary steps to prevent a problem with your order, and believe you will be pleased with our products and services. Thanks for your business.
